Listing Verification Policy

RentNow.vn is committed to providing accurate, transparent and trustworthy property information. We apply a multi-layer verification process to ensure the quality of every listing on our platform.

1. Criteria for verified listings

A listing earns the "Verified" badge (✓ Verified) when all of the following conditions are met:

• A RentNow staff member has visited the property and confirmed it exists at the listed address.
• Photos and videos were taken on-site, not illustrative images or sourced elsewhere.
• Area, bedroom and bathroom counts have been physically measured and verified.
• The landlord/lister has verified their identity via national ID or relevant legal documents.
• The rental price is consistent with local market rates with no signs of fraud.

2. Verification process

1. Listing submission: The landlord creates a listing with complete information and photos.
2. Preliminary review: Our AI system automatically checks content, filters duplicate images and detects anomalies.
3. On-site inspection: RentNow Hunter team contacts the landlord and arranges an on-site verification visit.
4. Approval and badge: Once all checks pass, the listing is marked "✓ Verified" and published publicly.

3. Maintaining and revoking verification

• Verification may be revoked if the landlord changes key information without notifying us (price, area, furnishings).
• RentNow may conduct periodic re-verification for long-running listings.
• Users can report inaccurate listings via the "Report" button on the property detail page.

4. Limitation of liability

The "Verified" badge confirms information was checked at the time of verification. RentNow.vn is not liable for property changes occurring after the verification process. We always encourage tenants to visit the property in person before signing any contract.
