RentNow.vn is committed to providing accurate, transparent property information and absolute financial safety. We apply a Multi-layer Verification process utilizing our On-site Hunter Team to ensure the quality of every listing on our platform.

1. Criteria for verified listings

A listing earns the "Verified" badge (✓ Verified) when all of the following strict conditions are met:

• 100% No stock photos policy: Photos, videos, and 360 VR must be captured directly at the property by our On-site Hunter Team.
• Area, bedroom, and bathroom counts have been physically remeasured and verified, not just estimated.
• Real landlords - Real documents: The lister's identity and ownership are cross-verified via national ID or property ownership documents.
• Rental prices are transparent, with no hidden fees and no broker fees charged to the tenant.
• The living environment is mapped on our Multi-layer Context Map to provide accurate alerts on flooding and traffic.

2. Verification process

Listing submission: The landlord creates a listing with complete information and photos.

Preliminary review: Our AI system automatically checks content, filters duplicate images and detects anomalies.

On-site inspection: RentNow Hunter team contacts the landlord and arranges an on-site verification visit.

Approval and badge: Once all checks pass, the listing is marked "✓ Verified" and published publicly.

3. Maintaining and revoking verification

• Verification may be revoked if the landlord changes key information without notifying us (price, area, furnishings).
• RentNow may conduct periodic re-verification for long-running listings.
• Users can report inaccurate listings via the "Report" button on the property detail page.

4. Financial safety & tenant protection commitment

Your financial safety is our top priority. So you can search for a home through RentNow with complete peace of mind, we build strong protection policies:

• No fear of losing deposits: RentNow directly moderates every listing, completely eliminating fake brokers and deposit scam risks.
• Deposit witnessing: During the transaction, RentNow is ready to act as a documented witness for the deposit agreement between the landlord and the tenant.
• No broker fees: You deal directly with verified landlords, and RentNow does not collect any service fees from tenants.

5. Limitation of liability

The "Verified" badge confirms information was checked at the time of verification. RentNow.vn is not liable for property changes occurring after the verification process. We always encourage tenants to visit the property in person before signing any contract.
