Property Viewing Guide
A simple 5-step process to schedule a viewing, prepare and make the right rental decision.
Step 1 – Find and select a property
Browse the listing or use the interactive map to find a property matching your needs (location, price, rooms). Save favourites to compare easily.
Step 2 – Contact the landlord or RentNow
Click "Contact" on the property detail page to call or message the landlord directly. Or call RentNow hotline 0568 922 929 and our team will schedule the viewing for you.
Step 3 – Confirm the viewing schedule
Agree on a date and time with the landlord. Daytime viewings (9 AM–5 PM) are best for assessing natural light, plumbing and the surrounding area.
Step 4 – Prepare for the visit
Bring your ID for identity verification. Prepare a checklist: extra fees, pet policy, parking, neighbors, key handover date.
Step 5 – Evaluate and decide
Weigh the pros and cons after viewing. If satisfied, negotiate terms and review the contract carefully before paying a deposit. Never deposit without reading the contract.

- ✓ Check water pressure, electricity meter and plumbing condition
- ✓ Look for damp spots, mold or water stains on walls and ceiling
- ✓ Test locks, windows, lights and ventilation fans
- ✓ Ask about average monthly utility bills
- ✓ Confirm which furniture belongs to the property vs. the landlord
- ✓ Read deposit, refund and contract penalty clauses carefully
