1. Acceptance of Terms

By using RentNow.vn, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to all provisions of these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with any part, please discontinue use of our service.

2. Service Description

RentNow.vn is owned and operated by MIQ Software Solutions Co., Ltd. — a company with deep expertise in artificial intelligence (AI), software development, and the rental real-estate sector.

RentNow.vn is a technology platform providing listing and property-search services for rental real estate. We act as an intermediary connecting landlords/agents with prospective tenants.

• We provide search tools, media galleries (photos, video, and 360° when available), and a multi-layer interactive map — including flood-spot, traffic, and nearby-amenity layers around each rental — to support the property-search experience.
• Listing information is provided by posters. RentNow endeavours to verify content but cannot guarantee 100% accuracy of every listing.

3. Transaction Safety Commitment

RentNow.vn is committed to supporting tenants and landlords so that transactions are safe and transparent:

• RentNow directly moderates listings, minimises anonymous posts, and thoroughly verifies landlord identities before listings go live.
• For deposit transactions conducted through RentNow, we directly act as a documented witness to the deposit agreement between landlord and tenant, protecting the deposit and the interests of both parties.
• Every landlord transaction involving RentNow is verified to protect the safety and interests of our customers.
• If anything unusual arises during a transaction, please report it immediately through our official contact channels for prompt assistance.

4. User Rights and Obligations

4.1. For tenants:

• Free access to all search tools and listing information on the website.
• You may ask RentNow to act as a witness to the deposit agreement to increase transaction safety.
• You are solely responsible for contacting, negotiating, and signing contracts with landlords.
• You should conduct thorough due diligence on the legal status and physical condition of a property before paying a deposit or signing a lease.

4.2. For listers (Landlords/Agents):

• You warrant that all posted information is truthful, accurate, and compliant with applicable law.
• You bear full responsibility for the legal standing of the property and the accuracy of the listing content.
• You must keep your listing status up to date (rented, price changes, etc.) to ensure the best experience for searchers.

5. Content Policy

Users must not post content that:

• Violates Vietnamese law or public morals.
• Infringes a third party's legal rights (copyright, intellectual property, etc.).
• Contains fraudulent, false, or misleading information.
• Contains malicious code, viruses, or software harmful to the RentNow.vn system.

RentNow.vn reserves the right to remove non-compliant listings without prior notice.

6. Limitation of Liability

• RentNow.vn is not liable for disputes arising between landlords and tenants, except within the scope where RentNow acts as a witness under Section 3.
• We do not intervene in negotiations, pricing, or contract terms between parties; where involved, RentNow acts as a witness and verifier of the transaction.
• RentNow.vn is not liable for service interruptions caused by factors beyond our control (network faults, server outages, natural disasters, etc.).

7. Exchange Rates and Displayed Currency

The website can display rental prices in several currencies (USD, KRW, CNY, etc.) for your convenience. Conversion rates are fetched automatically from public sources and updated periodically (typically once a day), so they may differ from the actual market rate at the time of a transaction.

Converted foreign-currency amounts are for REFERENCE ONLY. The official currency for all transactions, deposits, and contracts on RentNow.vn is the Vietnamese Dong (VND). In all cases, the VND amount shown on the listing and in the contract is the sole legal basis; RentNow.vn is not responsible for any discrepancy arising from currency conversion.

8. Changes to Terms

RentNow.vn may amend these Terms of Service at any time. Changes take effect immediately upon publication on the website. Continued use of the service constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
