RentNow’s On-site Hunter Team visits each property in person to remeasure the actual area. We strictly enforce a 100% no stock photo policy — every photo, video, and VR 360 is captured exactly at the property you will rent.
Real landlords - Real documents
Every listing undergoes Multi-layer Verification. Landlords on RentNow must cross-verify their legal documents (ownership papers, national ID). You always deal with and transfer your deposit to the right person for the right home.
Financial safety - Deposit witnessing
Eliminate the fear of losing your deposit. When paying a deposit, RentNow is ready to act as a documented witness to the deposit agreement between landlord and tenant. Both parties are fully protected.
No hidden fees - No broker fees
