Operating Regulations

I. General Principles

1. The RentNow.vn e-commerce platform is managed and operated by the Company. Members of the platform are merchants, organisations, and individuals engaged in lawful commercial activity who are officially recognised by RentNow.vn and permitted to use the services provided by the platform and its partners.

2. These regulations apply to members who register, create an account, and use the platform to list rental properties or search for properties on RentNow.vn.

3. Information, products, and services transacted on RentNow.vn must comply with all relevant legal requirements and must not fall under any category that is prohibited from trading or advertising under applicable law.

II. General Provisions

E-Commerce Platform Domain: The RentNow.vn e-commerce platform is developed by the Company and operates under the domain: www.rentnow.vn.

Members: Organisations or individuals who register to use RentNow.vn services, including listers (landlords, agents) and searchers (tenants).

III. Transaction Process

1. For tenants:

  • Search and browse property information, photos, maps, and 360° VR provided by listers.
  • Contact the lister directly via phone, Zalo, or other contact channels shown on the listing.
  • Arrange a visit, inspect the property in person, and negotiate rental terms.
  • Sign a tenancy agreement directly with the landlord or property manager.

2. For listers:

  • Register a member account on RentNow.vn.
  • Create a new listing with complete information: property type, area, price, real photos, and map location.
  • Await listing review (if applicable) or have the listing published automatically in accordance with RentNow.vn policy.
  • Receive enquiries from prospective tenants, negotiate, and complete the transaction.
  • Update the listing status to "rented" once the transaction is complete.

IV. Management of Prohibited Content

Members must not post content that:

  • Violates applicable law or public morals.
  • Is false, fraudulent, or likely to mislead viewers.
  • Relates to a property that is under dispute, seized, or otherwise ineligible for transaction.

The RentNow.vn administration team reserves the right to review, edit, or remove listings that violate these regulations without prior notice.

V. Responsibility for Technical Errors

The RentNow.vn administration team is committed to ensuring the safety and stability of the entire technical system. In the event of an incident caused by objective factors beyond our control, RentNow.vn will immediately take steps to remedy the situation and protect user interests.

VI. Rights and Responsibilities of the Platform Administration

  • The right to review and verify information posted by members.
  • The right to refuse, suspend, or terminate services for members who violate these regulations.
  • Responsibility for developing, upgrading, and maintaining the operation of the system.
  • Protecting members' personal information in accordance with the Privacy Policy.
